Not sure if they do gluten free buns (I didn't ask) but they do a 'skinny burger' without the bun. You basically can have any burger off the menu deconstructed. I had a chicken burger with all of the salad and sauces you would normally get plus added a jacket potato. Service was quick and bill came to €36 euros for two meals and two strawberry lemonade. Not cheap but cheaper the many other places nearby.
