I'm surprised that Domino's have accreditation from Coeliac UK. I watched them make my pizza and saw that the buckets with all the toppings in were shared between chefs. The chefs who were handling regular gluten bases would stick their hands in the buckets to get toppings, then along comes the GF chef who also sticks her hand in the same buckets.
